The links page contains links to commonly used administrative systems and applications.
You are not required to log in to access these links, though the individual resources that you access using those links may each have their own login requirements.
Forms
The forms page contains links to downloadable and online forms.
You are not required to log in to access these links, though the individual forms that you access using those links may each have their own login requirements.
Reports
The reports page allows you to access the report manager which houses reports created by the Student Affairs IT Group for various systems that it manages. The layout of folders and your level of access is identical to the H drive.
If you are accessing this site from a divisional computer and you are logged into your account, you will be logged into the report page automatically.
If you are accessing this site from a non-divisional computer, your web browser will prompt you for a username and password when you click the menu item. Enter "CWRUADS\abc123" for your username, where abc123 is your Case network ID, and use your Student Affairs password.
Files
The files page allows you to access your personal and shared files on the divisional file server through a web browser interface. You can view the folders, download individual files, and upload files back onto the server. This is the preferred method of accessing your files when you are not logged into a divisional computer and cannot use remote desktop.
Your web browser will prompt you for a username and password when you click the menu item. Enter your Case network ID for the username, and use your Student Affairs password.
HARLD
The Housing and Residence Life Database (HARLD) is used by Housing and related departments to view information about students, rooms and room assignments.
You will be directed to the single sign-on page when you click the menu item. If you are already logged into SSO, you will see the HARLD menu appear immediately. Otherwise you will log into the SSO page with your Case network ID and university password.
HelpDesk
The Student Affairs IT Group uses the WebHelpDesk software to track service issues and requests. Though this interface, you can submit a problem or work request, as well as view the status of your current requests.
You will be directed to the single sign-on page when you click the menu item. If you are already logged into SSO, you will see the client screen appear immediately. Otherwise you will log into the SSO page with your Case network ID and university password.
Outlook
Outlook Web Access allows you to access your email, calendar, contacts and tasks through a web browser. The interface allows you to see the exact same view of your data (minus archived items) that you would see loggged onto a divisional computer using Outlook.
You will be presented with a login page when you click the menu item. You should log into the page using your Case network ID (abc123) and Student Affairs password.
